My name is Alyssa, but you can call me Ali. I am an Indianapolis area yoga enthusiast just getting started on her yoga teacher journey. I'd love to connect here or on Instagram as we go through this journey called life together.

Whether you show up to the mat for exercise, for functional movement, or for a journey to the deeper self, yoga is for you. No matter your size, your physical abilities, or your mental energy, you belong.
I aim to make you feel comfortable on the mat by offering a variety of modifications and challenges, accessible language, and props to help you find the balance for effort and ease.
Since beginning my journey, I have lost nearly 90 pounds. I understand what it means to show up to your mat in a body that feels different. I am also a former educator working with students of all levels of need. I understand how to individualize your practice so that it meets you where you're at, and honor that where you are changes from practice to practice.

My Classes
Bride-to-Breathe Session
On-site Bride-to-Breathe sessions are available for you and your wedding party. Let me meet you at your wedding venue with everything we need for deep relaxation before you start getting ready for the big day. Subject to approval by wedding venue. Price may increase for wedding party over 6, but begins at $200 + mileage if over 20 miles from the southside of Indianapolis.
Private Sessions
Private sessions are available beginning at $60 / hour + rental fees where necessary. Private sessions with a group tier based on group size, but begin at $80 / hour. Book me for your next girl's night, party, and more!
Studio / Gym Sessions
